A pretty good experience. The go-karts and the narrow-gauge train are big highlights, but the musical maze was very disappointing. A lot of the trail and the instruments were covered in bird droppings. I didn't like being in there as it was disgusting to see. Very disappointing as this was clean when I was younger.

Smaller zoo and family park. Book online for best prices. Limited indoor activity for bad weather. Most activities are outside. Kids loved the train ride, which is hourly.

The East Links Park is a great experience for all ages, especially for animal lovers. You get the chance to get close to such a wide variety of amazing and wonderful creatures and the setting is fantastic to wonder round, in summer and winter.
I was however upset to see that whilst all the other animals had free range and great facilities to cater for their individual needs, the rabbits were kept in very small enclosures with little room to run around and some were even isolated from each other. This is not good for such social creatures who thrive on an ability to roam and rummage and interact with their own kind.
As a previous small pet owner, I’m also concerned about the sawdust bedding used which is known to be bad for skin and lungs and is never an advised material to use for such purposes. This is further compunded by the fact that the enclosures themselves are very dirty, including worryingly the water dispensers.
Please could these practices be revised wholesale to put them on par with the good practice shown to the other animals in the park.

Great family day out. Lots to see and do. Train rides round the park through the animal enclosures were a big hit with my two grandsons. We were there from 10.30 till 3.30 but could easily have stayed longer.
We were told to join their Facebook page for a chance of half price entry if our postcode is picked. We will definitely be back.

Lovely family day out. Lots of different activities for all the family. We particularly enjoyed the go karts, train ride and musical maze. Food was also nice and staff happy and helpful.

Cracking day out with the kids. Good way to tire them out!
Only thing not included in the entry price is 50p per ball for the mini golf and 50p per Cup of animal feed. Can't really complain about that

Good day with the family. Looks expensive but we were here for five hours. You get your money's worth and the team does a great job of keeping things fresh and tidy.
